Enrique Fleischmann

Corporate Chef at Sammic

Getaria, Basque Country (Spain)

Born in Mexico, he fell in love with the Basque country and made it his home.
Graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, CIA New York.
He worked under Juan Mari Arzak in San Sebastian and at Paul Bocuse in Lyon.
For 7 years he was sous-chef and head of R&D at Pedro Subijana’s Akelarre Restaurant (3 Michelin Stars).
Currently he is a lecturer at the Gastronomic Sciences University Basque Culinary Center.
He is the founder and chef-manager of Fleischmann's Cooking Group.
He manages the famous grill Txoko Getaria as well as the haute cuisine restaurant Bailara and the gastrobar Maruka Gastro.
He is CORPORATE CHEF at Sammic.
