Congratulations Chef!

Chef Martin Berasategui has obtained his 7th Michelin Star. Spanish 2011 Michelin Guide was introduced yesterday in the world culinary capital, San Sebastian.

Chef Martin Berasategui, thanks to the 7th Michelin Star he has been awarded with for his restaurant in Sevilla, is now the Spanish chef with most Michelin Stars.

· Restaurant Santo, Sevilla (1 star)

Chef Martin Berasategui collaborates with Sammic’s R+D department and all Sammic machines are tested at Chef Martin’s 3 Michelin Star restaurant in Lasarte before they are launched to the market. Moreover, starting this year Chef Martin Berasategui and Sammic have launched a new project, BasqueStage, with the intention of offering young chefs and fresh graduates the possibility to cook with the stars.
