International Tech Services team meeting
This week, our headquarters hosted part of the Sammic Global TAS team for a meeting designed to strengthen training and collaboration among our technicians from different countries.
Our newly appointed technical service manager in the United States, Charlie Tamms, spent the entire week working side by side with the Spanish TAS team, getting familiar with our processes and deepening his technical knowledge of our machines. Meanwhile, UK-based technicians, Leslie and Aaron Starling, participated in hands-on sessions over a day and a half, sharing their experience in the British market.
These meetings are part of Tech Services, a key area within the Sammic Services platform. Their goal is to ensure that, regardless of the country, all our technical services maintain the same high-quality standards. From updates on the latest developments in our equipment to the alignment of work protocols, every detail matters in ensuring that distributors and customers receive the best possible support.
