New SE-540CC and SU-540CC vacuum packaging machines

Our latest catalogue includes new vacuum packaging machine models: SE-540CC and SU-540CC. These are floor-standing models that share a chamber with SE/SU-520CC machines. What’s their purpose and what do they offer?

The SE-540CC and SU-540CC feature a larger pump than the 520 model, reducing vacuum cycle time and increasing productivity.

While the 520 models are designed to offer higher throughput than the 420 thanks to a larger chamber, the 540 model goes further with a 40 m³/h pump that boosts productivity compared to tabletop models.

40 m³/h pump

Equipped with a compact 40 m³/h pump that reduces the required vacuum cycle time. This increase in vacuum capacity is ideal for demanding environments with limited space.

Mobility and versatility

This is a floor-standing model. Since kitchen space is often limited, this machine can be used in different locations and moved away when not in use.

Another factor that enhances versatility: it’s a single-phase model, which offers greater compatibility across different kitchen setups compared to three-phase units.

Lower noise

Until now, Sammic’s floor-standing models have been designed for high-production or industrial environments, with pumps running continuously. This model is not intended for such environments, so the pump operates intermittently — only when vacuum is required — resulting in a quieter working area.

Embedded chamber

Hygiene is a design priority. Unlike other floor-standing models, the SE-540CC and SU-540CC feature an embedded chamber, which makes cleaning easier and prevents dirt accumulation.
