SmartVide8 by Sammic, introduced in Pau, France

SmartVide8, the new sous-vide stirrer circulator developed and manufactured by Sammic that will be available in May/June this year, has been introduced in S.A.P.H.I.R., which has been held in Pau, France, from 8th to 10th March 2015. 

Thanks to our Distsributor Equip-Eco, our corporate chef Enrique Fleischmann, together with his team from Fleischmann's Cooking Group, has had the opportunity to introduce the new sous-vide cooker, as well as vacuum packing and sous-vide cooking technique, including tasting. 

In a few days we will be present at another event in SW France, in the fair HORESTA that will be held in Biarritz. We will be present with our own stand. We're looking forward to meeting you there!
