Tech services by Sammic is a platform created to improve our customers after sales service. It will provide all the information required  by our dealers and SAT (service and technical) to ensure they can get  everything they need to know to get the best out of our equipment.

From our SAT, we provide training to our dealers own technical services either at our in house facilities or at the customers own premises. We customise our training  to the customers requirements.

Our tech services offer technical  support throughout Spain with many Technical support providers. It also links to our international network through our branches all over the world, which after the initial sale allows us to provide excellent Technical suppport/customer sevice.
