Vacuum packed containers, with a total guarantee

With this new generation of vacuum packaging machines, Sammic offers packaging in special external Gastronorm containers with sensor control and automatic decompression.

While the possibility of vacuum packaging in external Vac-Norm containers is already offered in the previous range of packaging machines, the new generation vacuum packaging machines mark the difference with additional exclusive functionality.

Thus with the new “Sensor” and “Sensor Ultra” packaging machines, packaging in external containers is controlled by the highly precise sensor built into the machines. This ensures consistent and uniform results, regardless of the quantity to be packaged (this article describes the  benefits of the sensor in vacuum packaging).

Once the vacuum cycle has finished, the tube is released from the container automatically thanks to the automatic decompression. This prevents having to “tear” the tube, since the vacuum causes a suction effect, and prevents the risk of moving the valve on the tray and breaking the vacuum made.
