We will be at the 40th anniversary of Food & Hotel Asia

The biennial trade show synonymous with the food and hospitality industry in Asia and beyond returns to Singapore: Food&Hotel Asia 2018.This new edition is being held from 24th to 27th April and, as always, Sammic will be there. During the four days of the fair we will be at booth H6P1-01, where chef Enrique Fleischmann will make demonstrations in situ.

Since 1992 Sammic has a deep presence in this region of Asia and since that year we have been present in this event. For that, we are one of the loyal participants in this trade show. Moreover, since 2012, Sammic has a stable presence in the area, with its own sales network and warehouse with equipment and spares, based in Singapore and ready to serve all SE Asia.

In this edition, at booth H6p1-01, we will introduce our 3 main product lines: commercial ware washing, dynamic food preparation and food preservation and sous-vide cooking equipment and we will put special emphasis on our sous-vide cooking solution. In addition, the Sammic representatives will present innovations that will surely be really interesting for the visitors of the fair.
