Café latte recipe with Emulsionizer PRO 1.0

Fancy a different kind of latte — nourishing, full of flavour and with a gourmet twist? In this recipe from Enrique Fleischmann and his team, we’ll show you how to prepare a plant-based café latte using the Emulsionizer PRO 1.0.

Discover how to turn a few simple ingredients into a creamy, tasty drink with a perfect texture. Ideal for breakfast or an afternoon treat. Let’s get started!

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml hot water (or milk)
  • 30 g coarsely ground coffee
  • 10 g peanuts in shell
  • 40 g cashew nuts (or hazelnuts)
  • 25 g rolled oats
  • 15 g panela (unrefined cane sugar)
  • 15 g coconut oil
  • A few drops of vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cinnamon stick
  • 4 pitted dates (40 g)
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • Whipping cream
  • Ground cinnamon

Preparation:

1. Set up the Emulsionizer with the 0.5 mm disc.

2. Pour the hot water into the Emulsionizer jug.

3. Add all the ingredients: the ground coffee, peanuts, cashew nuts, rolled oats, panela, coconut oil, vanilla essence, half a cinnamon stick, dates and a pinch of sea salt.

4. Blend with the XM-12 hand blender until you get a smooth, creamy drink.

5. Pour the café latte into a glass.

6. Lightly whip the cream with a bit of sugar.

7. Spoon a layer of whipped cream on top of the latte and sprinkle with ground cinnamon to decorate.
